What is the remote Internet exchange service?

One of the most important pieces of the Internet are the Internet Exchanges. They are physical locations where Internet Service Providers (ISP), CDNs and other content providers connect with each other. They allow networks to exchange traffic directly and shorten their paths, reducing latency, improving RTT and reducing the transit costs. Most exchanges are only available in one or a few locations in a city or country. If your network has no presence in the same location where an exchange is present, you can still connect remotely to it from your existing location through our network.

Interfaces

  • 10 Gigabit Ethernet (available in all locations)
  • 40 Gigabit Ethernet (available only in some locations)
  • 100 Gigabit Ethernet (available in all locations)
